Client Responsibilities

Project Requirements

• Provide clear project specifications

• Make timely decisions and approvals

Payment Terms

• Pay invoices within agreed timeframe
• Provide accurate billing information
• Communicate any payment concerns promptly
• Understand project scope and pricing

Intellectual Property

Work Product Ownership

Upon full payment, all custom work product created specifically for your project will be owned by you. This includes:

• Custom code and applications
• Original designs and creative work
• Project-specific documentation
• Custom configurations and setups

Pre-existing IP

We retain ownership of our pre-existing intellectual property, including frameworks, libraries, methodologies, and general knowledge used in your project.

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

Typically 50% upfront, 50% on completion. Custom arrangements available for larger projects.

Accepted Methods

Bank transfers, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as agreed upon.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in project suspension.

Project Timeline and Delivery

Timeline Estimates

Project timelines are estimates based on initial requirements. Actual delivery may vary based on:

• Scope changes and additional requirements
• Client feedback and approval cycles
• Third-party dependencies and integrations
• Technical complexity and challenges

Delivery and Acceptance

Projects are considered delivered when they meet the agreed specifications and pass our quality assurance process. Client acceptance is required within 7 days of delivery, after which the project is considered accepted.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or integrations
• Issues arising from client-provided content or requirements

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, project details, and business data. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent.

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our working relationship.

Termination

Project Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.

Immediate Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for non-payment, breach of contract, or inappropriate behavior.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
